My Story

I came to CST as many people do – it was recommended to me by a friend after doctors and consultants were left puzzled by my daughter’s extreme back pain.

Having nothing to lose, we tried it. Witnessing my daughter’s return to full mobility over the course of just a few treatments amazed me to the point that I had to know more about this subtle yet powerful form of bodywork.

I qualified as a CranioSacral Therapist in 2012. For me, CST bridges bio-mechanical and bio-energetic traditions, enabling me to work holistically and intuitively with the mind-body-spirit complex to facilitate integration and dynamic balance.

Believing that professional accreditation is important, I am a registered member of the CranioSacral Therapy Association and fully insured to practice. I am also registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and fully compliant with GDPR.

Having worked in London’s competitive, deadline-driven creative sector for many years, I’m acutely aware of how damaging chronic stress can be to mental and physical health and offer corporate packages to support staff.

I am committed to continuing professional development and have completed advanced postgraduate courses in applying CST to support Trauma, Neurological Conditions, Chronic Fatigue Conditions, the Microbiome. I also hold certificates in Mindfulness and Breathwork and suggest practices my clients can do at home to help manage their health and wellbeing.
